Odds for Past UEFA European Championship Winners

France have the shortest early odds alongside hosts Germany in early 2023. The 2020 (2021) Euro winners Italy who defeated England 1-1 (3-2 penalties), are fifth-favorites in the early odds. Finalists England are also in the top five.

2016 winners Portugal are still among the top 10 favorites despite it being very unlikely that Cristiano Ronaldo will still be participating.
