The NFL Comeback Player of the Year award has been handed out consistently since 1998. The AP did hand out an award from 1963-1966, but awarded one to the AFL and one to the NFL. The award often goes to a player who has returned from some serious injury and performed well.

The 2023-24 NFL Comeback Player of the Year odds opened in mid-February. You can see the latest NFL CPOY odds below as well as how the odds have changed throughout the 2023-24 NFL season.

NFL Comeback Player of the Year Odds

Bills safety Damar Hamlin has opened as the favorite to win NFL Comeback Player of the Year for the 2023-24 NFL season.

Damar Hamlin is currently listed as the odds-on favorite to win the 2023-24 NFL Comeback Player of the Year. The Bills’ safety is given very short -285 odds to win the award after an extremely scary incident last season, where his heart stopped on the field. If you bet $20 on Hamlin to win NFL CPOY, you would stand to win $7.01 and return $27.01.

Next up on the board is Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who suffered through multiple concussions last season that saw him miss the Dolphins’ playoff game, among others, and Russell Wilson, who simply looked terrible in his first season as a Bronco. Both QBs are given +2000 odds.
